I woke up to another “keep your opinions to yourself or lose a reader” email?

For the last time, I am not a dancing monkey. I am human and I have a right to express myself the same as you. If that causes you to not buy one of my comics I’m fine with that. I have to look myself in the mirror and I will not compromise myself for a sale.

If you don’t like what I have to say or what I post the solution is so simple…don’t follow me.

I think what burns me the most is the assumption that anything posted is up for debate. This is just what I think. I have no wish to argue in general, let alone on the internet. If you want to argue or pontificate, that’s what your page is for! Don’t do it on mine.

It doesn’t mean I only want to hear from like-minded people. If that were the case, I’d be very lonely. Most people I know have different opinions on everything from religion to politics to what they thought of Prometheus. I’m not a very spiritual person, but everybody around me seems to be. I lean more Left politically but not on a lot of things especially in regards to “political correctness”.

I hate the assumption that if your not a republican you must be a democrat. I’m neither. I usually wind up voting for the lesser of two evils. 

I’m seeing Prometheus today. I might post if I like it, but I certainly won’t rant if I don’t.
